1. Undergraduate

Objective

The Bachelor of Business Administration is an academically oriented general business program that aims to provide you with a broad understanding of the key managerial functions, while also developing the intellectual skills needed to cope with today’s complex and dynamic business environment.

Learning Goals

Students who complete the undergraduate business program at the School will demonstrate knowledge and skills in their area of concentration and the following program-wide learning goals:

1. Knowledge of general managerial perspectives and abilities.
2. Effective business communication skills.
3. Analytical thinking skills.
4. Ethical understanding of business situations.

2. MBA

1) Objective

Participants in a master’s level degree program presuppose a foundation of general knowledge and skills appropriate to an undergraduate degree. Learning at the master’s level is developed in a more integrative, interdisciplinary fashion than undergraduate education. The School offers a general Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. It is a two year program that is geared toward the working business person and producing future business leaders. All courses are held in the evening. The learning goals for the MBA degree program are consistent with the School’s mission. Furthermore, the capacities developed through the knowledge and skills of a general master’s level program are embedded in the learning goals and their corresponding objectives..

2) Learning Goals

Upon successful completion of the MBA, the students will have developed the competencies and knowledge to achieve the following learning goals:

1. Good leadership skills in global business situations.
2. Knowledge of general managerial perspectives and abilities.
3. Analytical skills in business situations.
4. Ethical transparency.

3. MS in BA

1) Objective

The MSBA program is a two-year BA program set in a traditional class-room setting. The program encourages master’s level research, teamwork, communication skill, analytical skill building and academic development. The program is specially designed either for those who want to acquire in-depth knowledge in a specific area of business or for those who are pursuing a higher degree (doctoral degree program) to eventually become a researcher and/or a teacher in educational institutes. All courses of MSBA are held in the day-time during regular semesters (spring and fall).

2) Learning Goals

Upon successful completion of the MSBA, the students will have developed the competencies and knowledge to achieve the following learning goals:

1. In-depth knowledge of business.
2. Knowledge of research.
3. Ethical transparency.
4. Effective communication skills.

4. MS in TA

1) Objective

The MSTM program is geared toward producing future business leaders through an industry-university cooperative program reserved for managers or executives in three corporations, namely, SAMSUNG, LG, and SL. The curriculum focuses on highly relevant and practical business issues and management knowledge that are applicable to his/her current business area. Courses of MSTM are held in the evening at the lecture/seminar room of the participating corporation or the School’s seminar room in this degree program.

2) Learning Goals

Upon successful completion of the MSTM, the students will have developed the competencies and knowledge to achieve the following learning goals:

1. Knowledge of technology in business.
2. Analytical skills in business situations.
3. Good leadership skills in global business situations.
4. Ethical transparency.

5. Ph. D

1) Objective

Doctoral programs educate students for highly specialized careers in academia and the business world. Students on doctoral level programs demonstrate the ability to create knowledge through original research in their areas of specialization.
Normally, doctoral programs include the acquisition of advanced knowledge in an area of specialization, the development of advanced theoretical or practical research skills for that area of specialization, explicit attention to the role of specialization areas in managerial and organizational contexts, preparation for teaching responsibilities in higher education, a dissertation or equivalent demonstrating personal integration and an original contribution to a field of knowledge, and other areas as identified by the School.

2) Learning Goals
